I run AI visibility tracking for a real hearing aid store in Cyprus. One day I asked ChatGPT where to buy hearing aids in that city and it recommended the competitor across the street. Not because the competitor was better, but because ChatGPT had never heard of us.

Three things I care about more than the feature list:
1. We verify what AI tells us. AI regularly recommends businesses that do not exist, or the wrong branch of a chain. Every discovered name is checked against Google's real roster for that area before you see it. Names that fail get labeled, not silently dropped.
2. "We could not measure it" is never shown as "you are not there." Those are different facts. We learned that from a bug: a failed profile lookup rendered as "no profile found," and the fix engine then told an owner to create a profile they already had.
3. Every to-do is tied to Google's published guidance, not to our opinion.
We also published the data behind the pitch. Across 48 US markets and 4,657 businesses, Google Maps returns about 97 businesses for a buyer query and the four assistants together name 12.
