I wanted to be able to quickly view my most imporant addresses in one quick overview. Added tags for quick search and filtering allow me to not get lost in between saving all the addresses from different exchanges and cold wallets. Also, being able to type and get real time confirmation whether an address is in the correct format of a specific chain allows me to not mess up the input. Also, being able to share an address to another person who can easily copy it and input, without having to manually type an address removes a lot of dangerous risks coming with having to fill in a whole address by yourself. I also didn't want an address book that's connected to a wallet, as I'm not always sitting next to my laptop that has most of my wallets on it.
