I built Listing Price Watch out of a simple annoyance: checking the same house listings over and over, refreshing pages by hand just to see if a price had moved. I wanted something that did that quietly in the background — well, not even in the background, that's kind of the whole point — without needing a subscription or handing over my data to do it.
