Lisible
Read and edit AI-written Markdown like a document
A free, native Mac app for the Markdown files your AI tools write. Each file opens as a clean page in its own window and theme. Fix a sentence like in Word: it saves as you type, and reloads in one click when your AI rewrites the file. Notarized by Apple.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Franck.
My AI tools write about 150 Markdown files a week into my notes. I needed a pleasant way to read them, and to fix a sentence without touching the syntax. I tried Typora, Zettlr, MarkEdit and Obsidian: some were too heavy, some were paid, and the others had me editing raw Markdown like code.
So I built my own, to my own taste. I called it Lisible, French for "readable". It's free, with no account and no analytics.
I hope you enjoy how light and beautiful it is.
