Question for you: how would you reach a customer group that is not very technical, but could really benefit from better software?
I’m Osman, building Limodia.
I made this after seeing how hard it is for limo and chauffeur drivers to run their own business without depending on big platforms.
A lot of them already know the business. They have the car, the experience, and the customers. But websites, bookings, payments, quotes, and all the tech stuff makes things harder than they need to be.
We already have 15 limo operators using Limodia, and most of what we built came from real problems they faced every day.
Limodia is my attempt to make that part simple.
It helps drivers manage their website, bookings, reservations, quotes, payments, and customer messages from one place, even if they are not technical.
The hardest part so far has been reaching the right drivers. Many of them are not active in tech communities, and some are not comfortable with software yet, even though they are exactly the people Limodia is built for.
If you were in my position, what would you do to reach this kind of customer?
