Lime is an open-source web accessibility scanner that helps you identify accessibility issues and generate reports in PDF, CSV, JSON, and AI-friendly formats. It also includes API and MCP support, making it easy to integrate into existing workflows, automation systems, and AI agents.
I originally built Lime because I wanted a simple way to run accessibility audits, generate reports, and automate the process without being tied to expensive platforms or closed ecosystems.
One thing that makes Lime different is its focus on machine-readable output. Reports aren't just meant for humans—they can also be consumed by AI tools, developer tooling, and custom integrations.
