LightYou
A native read-later app with AI, SRS, and WebDAV sync
LightYou is a read-later app for people who want to actually finish and remember what they save. It renders articles natively, keeps full content for offline reading, supports highlights and notes, turns saved words into SRS review, and adds AI summaries plus library-grounded Q&A. WebDAV sync keeps articles, progress, highlights, and notes in sync, and the app is sold as a one-time purchase.
Hey PH, I built LightYou because most read-later apps optimize for saving, not finishing. I wanted mobile reading to feel calm and native, then help people retain what they read. That led to four pillars: native article rendering, highlights and notes, SRS review for saved words, and AI that answers from your own library instead of generic web knowledge. I also wanted sync without lock-in, so it uses WebDAV and is sold as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. Happy to answer anything about the reader pipeline, offline content, or the AI plus review workflow.
