I'm Isha. For years, I've suffered from panic attacks and racing thoughts, and the one thing that usually brings me back to calm, clear thinking is slow, deep breathing. And I wanted to build a version of that I could open in a few seconds, with nothing to set up.
I'm a brand marketer, not a developer, so I built Lighthouse with an AI build partner.
Lighthouse is a breathing session you can finish before your coffee cools. A lamp on a dark coast brightens while you breathe in for four seconds and softens while you breathe out for six. That is the whole method.
There is one more character: the Keeper. He's the voice. He says a few quiet words at the right moments, then goes silent. Don't like the sound, switch it off and the light carries on alone.
