I built LiftSheet because I was tracking my workouts on a spreadsheet and couldn't find an app that worked the way I did, where I pick the program, pick the split, and the app just handles the logging. Most trackers either lock you into their programs or make you build everything from scratch. LiftSheet does the middle thing: pick a goal, a split (PPL, Upper/Lower, Full Body, and others), and your equipment — it generates a full week of workouts in about 60 seconds, anchored on your most-used lifts. Then you just show up and log. A few things I'm proud of that most apps don't do: 100% offline. No account, no cloud, no tracking. Your data lives on your device as exportable JSON. 3,700+ exercises with how-to guides built in One-tap equipment swaps — useful if you train at home some days and the gym others Apple Watch support from day one Free trial is 30 days, full access, no credit card. After that there's a free tier that keeps you training with up to 3 programs. Ask me anything about the app, the SwiftUI/SwiftData build, the App Store process, whatever. Honest feedback welcome, especially if something doesn't make sense or feels broken. Thanks for checking it out. 🙏
