Hi, I'm Vojtěch, the maker of Liftava.
I've logged over 450 workouts in the last four years. I wanted a tracker that's as quick as my rest timer, shows whether I'm actually getting stronger and tells me when I'm stuck. I couldn't find one, so I built it.
Liftava reads your training and deals weekly quests from it: a stalled lift, a lagging muscle, a deload week. It also has a Garmin and Wear OS app, and imports your Hevy history. Free to start, with an optional Pro subscription.
