LifeOS
Know what matters now, what comes next, and what's left.
LifeOS is an iPhone productivity app built around NOW → NEXT → REMAINING. Tasks hold responsibility. Schedule reserves time. When a scheduled block ends, LifeOS does not automatically decide that the Task was completed or missed — you decide what actually happened. Today brings everything together so you can see what matters now, what comes next, and what is still left. Currently available as a public iOS TestFlight beta.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m the solo founder building LifeOS.
I started working on it because I kept noticing a mismatch between what I planned and what actually happened.
If I reserve 8–9 PM to reply to an important email, 9 PM arriving does not mean the email was completed. It also does not automatically mean I missed it.
That led to the core LifeOS model:
Task = responsibility
Schedule = reserved time
And the daily experience is intentionally simple:
NOW → NEXT → REMAINING
LifeOS does not automatically decide whether a Task was completed, missed, or skipped just because time passed. You decide what actually happened.
This is currently a public iOS TestFlight beta. I’m especially interested in people using LifeOS with a few real responsibilities for several days, rather than systematically testing every feature.
If you try it, start with one real thing that matters today.
The question I care about most is:
After using LifeOS for a few real days, do you still want to use it? Why or why not?
Thanks for trying it.

Who hunted LifeOS?
LifeOS was hunted by kaing bunly. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
