Hey Product Hunt! I'm Gordon, solo developer of Lexaro. I've always liked word-ladder puzzles — the "change one letter at a time" format Lewis Carroll invented back in 1877 — and couldn't find a modern mobile version I liked, so I built one. A couple of things I tried to get right: the Daily Challenge is genuinely the same puzzle for every player (not randomized per person), so it's actually shareable with friends, and there's a toggle to turn off the on-screen timer if you'd rather solve at your own pace without it affecting your score. Turned out puzzle generation for these is a surprisingly fun graph problem — happy to talk through how it works, or anything else. Would love to hear what you think, especially if you run into a puzzle that stumps you.
