I kept hearing the same two stories from opposite sides of the same deal. Creators who shot, edited and delivered a campaign and were still chasing payment two months later. Brands who paid for a hundred thousand followers and got forty real people seeing the post. Both sides had stopped trusting the other, and neither had anything to point at when it went wrong, because the whole deal lived in a DM thread.
So we built the boring part properly. The brand funds the deal before work starts and we hold it. The creator is verified on ID, audience and channel ownership before they can be hired at all. Offers go out with the brand's name hidden until terms are accepted — that one surprised people, but it stops creators saying yes to a bad brief because a big logo is attached. When a deal does go sideways, one of us actually reads the brief and the messages and decides a fair split. No automatic refunds.
Creators keep 100% of what they quote. Our 20% sits on top and the brand pays it, so a creator's price is their price.
It is free to join on both sides and I would genuinely rather hear what is broken about it than what is good. If you have run a creator campaign and it went badly, tell me where — that is the part I want to fix next.
