Letterhead
Run every newsletter you publish from one place
The operating system for teams that publish more than one newsletter. Production, subscriber data, performance and ad revenue in one platform — layered on your existing ESP, or replacing it. Used by newsletter teams at Condé Nast, WIRED and Techstars.
My name is Bruce, and I am the Cofounder and Head of Marketing at Letterhead.
Most email tools are designed for a single list. However, we frequently met media companies managing multiple newsletters, often relying on an ESP, spreadsheets for ad inventory, separate analytics, and a single team member to coordinate everything.
We created Letterhead to address this need by centralizing production, subscriber data, performance metrics, and ad revenue management for an entire newsletter portfolio.
There are two ways to use Letterhead. Studio integrates with your existing ESP, such as Iterable, Braze, Cordial, or Sailthru, so you do not need to change your current system. Suite serves as a complete replacement for your ESP and manages email sending as well.
Newsletter teams at Condé Nast, The New Yorker, WIRED and Techstars use it.
Happy to answer anything — especially curious what portfolio operators think is still missing.

Who hunted Letterhead?
Letterhead was hunted by Bruce Pinchbeck. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
