LetDue

Never miss another landlord compliance deadline

LetDue reads rental-property certificates, builds a clear deadline calendar, and reminds small landlords in England before important dates expire.

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt, I built LetDue after noticing that small landlords are expected to remember a growing list of certificate and renewal dates, while most property software is designed to do far more than they need. LetDue has one job: keep the evidence organised and warn you before something important expires. You can run a property audit without creating an account, upload a certificate instead of typing its dates, and see immediately what is current, due soon, overdue or missing. If you want ongoing monitoring, LetDue sends reminders 90, 30, 14 and 7 days before the deadline, plus on the due date. It is deliberately focused on self-managing landlords with one to three properties in England. It does not collect rent, manage tenants or try to replace a letting agent. The founding plan is £29 a year, with a free 14-day pilot and no card required. I would especially value feedback on: 1. Which recurring property document is easiest to lose track of? 2. Is the free audit clear enough for a first-time landlord? 3. What would make you trust a compliance reminder enough to rely on it? Thanks for taking a look.

Who hunted LetDue?

LetDue was hunted by Patrick Kenneally. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
