Hi, I'm Vitalii. I made Lemika because writing keywords for stock photos is the worst part of the job. It started as a Python script I wrote for myself. Ugly CLI, no interface, but it worked. Then I showed it to a few people and everyone asked for a normal app, so I rewrote the whole thing as a desktop app. How it works. You drop a folder in. It writes titles, descriptions and keywords for every file, puts them into the file metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP) and gives you a CSV for each agency. Photos and videos both. Agencies: Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Getty, iStock, Pond5, Dreamstime, Depositphotos, 123RF, Pixta, Vecteezy, Magnific. Each one has its own CSV format. If yours is missing, ask and I'll add it. The AI part was easy. Everything else was not. Writing XMP correctly took me weeks. Video files are a mess. And a batch of 2000 files breaks in ways you don't expect. About privacy, because people ask. A small preview of the image goes to the AI model. It can't describe the photo without seeing it. The original file stays on your disk. Mac and Windows.
