I built Ledgerail to help freelancers, agencies, and small teams manage business documents without relying on messy folders and spreadsheets.
The idea is simple: upload invoices, receipts, contracts, or business files, then Ledgerail helps turn them into structured records. Users can review extracted details, connect clients and vendors, track paid/unpaid/overdue status, set reminders, and view reports from one workspace.
The main workflow is:
Upload document → verify details → connect client/vendor → track status → view reminders and reports.
I wanted Ledgerail to feel practical for small businesses that do not need a huge accounting system, but still need a cleaner way to organize documents and payment records.
