We built it because we kept watching small agencies and solo founders get priced out of their own CRM. Every tool charges per seat, then per contact, then per "premium" feature, and your data lives on someone else's server. We wanted the opposite: a CRM you buy once, host yourself, and fully own - leads, pipeline, automations, branding, all of it.
The real problem is that leads come from everywhere. Website forms, webhooks, ads, manual entry and for most small teams they scatter across inboxes and spreadsheets and quietly go cold. LeadHub pulls all of it into one place: capture widgets and webhooks feed a visual pipeline, email sequences handle the follow-up automatically, and because it's multi-tenant, an agency can run a separate, white-labeled CRM for each client from a single install.
What surprised us was how much the process changed once real buyers showed up. LeadHub started as a simple "lead inbox," but the biggest shift came from designing for where people actually deploy it: shared cPanel hosting, no command line. That pushed us toward one-click updates, a built-in System Health page, and ready-made integrations (Zapier, Make, Pabbly) instead of assuming a technical user. Now a customer reports something in the morning and the fix often ships the same day - and honestly that feedback loop has shaped LeadHub more than any roadmap I wrote.
