Honestly, this came out of pure frustration.

I'd come back from a conference with a stack of business cards, some half-scribbled notes, and zero memory of which conversation went with which person. By the time I sat down to log anything in our CRM, half the context was already gone and a week later, the leads were basically useless.

The badge scanners conferences rent out don't help much either. They're expensive, locked to that one event, and don't talk to your CRM. So you pay a lot to scan a badge, then still spend hours manually copying everything over on the flight home.

LeadFlow is what I wished existed every time I came back from an event. Universal badge scanning that works at any conference, AI that captures the actual conversation with ease (bluetooth mic) so you remember what you talked about (not just who you met), and it syncs straight into your CRM.
