Layerpaint
Stop hand-painting your 3D prints
Layerpaint is a browser painter for 3D prints. Load an STL, OBJ or 3MF, color it by clicking, and export a multicolor 3MF that prints straight from Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. No hand-painting, no software to install — just color it and print.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Ashley, maker of Layerpaint. If you've ever wanted a 3D print in more than one colour, you know the options aren't fun: hand-paint it after (hours with a tiny brush and a lot of masking), or wrestle with slicer colour painting that wasn't really built for detail. Layerpaint does one thing well — let you colour a model and print it in colour. Drop in an STL, OBJ or 3MF, paint it by clicking faces or whole regions, the filament is converted to the brand color, then export a standard 3MF that opens straight in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Runs in the browser, nothing to install, free to try. This week I shipped Magic Fill, a faster Fill Tool, a Mark Area tool and Region painting, so blocking in colours now takes seconds instead of clicking face by face. Would love your feedback — what's the first model you'd paint? 🐉
