I'm Steven. I've been living in Indonesia and building LarisID with two local mentors, Afryian and Hendra.
The problem we kept hitting: the sellers who most need market data - people starting with a few million rupiah, students, side hustlers - are exactly the ones priced out of the tools that provide it. So research gets replaced by guessing, and guessing gets paid for in dead inventory.
