LandlordRentals
Canadian rental management, reports, tenant notifications
A focused workspace for small and mid-size Canadian landlords to track properties, tenants, rent, expenses, province-aware leases, and accountant-ready reports.
When I became a landlord in Canada, I found that the work extended far beyond collecting rent. I was tracking payments and expenses, preparing and signing lease agreements, organizing records for CRA reporting, and trying to see the real performance of my portfolio. The information was spread across tools and files, which made routine work harder and made it difficult to get a complete picture. With my software engineering background, I decided to build the product I wished I had: a practical, Canadian-focused workspace that brings the essential parts of rental management together. LandlordRentals is designed to help Canadian landlords keep organized records, stay on top of their rental operations, and better understand their portfolio.
LandlordRentals was submitted on Product Hunt and earned 0 upvotes and 1 comments, placing #62 on the daily leaderboard. A focused workspace for small and mid-size Canadian landlords to track properties, tenants, rent, expenses, province-aware leases, and accountant-ready reports.
