I used to see the same thing everywhere I looked in e-commerce communities.
Founders answering support at midnight. Copy-pasting tracking links one by one. Asking in groups "how do you all manage this?" and getting back "hire someone" or "use a chatbot."
The chatbots were useless. They'd say "how can I help?" and show four buttons. Customer clicks "order status." Chatbot says "please check your email." Customer already checked their email. That's why they're here.
And the proper tools — Zendesk, Intercom — were built for teams of 50. A 2-person Shopify brand doesn't need SLA management. They need someone to answer "where's my parcel" at 11pm without them being awake.
So I built Kriseena. It connects to your store and actually looks up the order. Not "here's our tracking page" — the real answer. "Your order shipped Wednesday, it's with Royal Mail, here's the link, arrives tomorrow."
The thing that surprised me most was how much people needed draft mode — where the AI writes the reply and a human approves it before it sends. Nobody wanted to hand full control to AI on day one. That one feature changed how fast people trusted it.
