Kompixa
Private batch image processing in your browser
Kompixa combines image resizing, conversion, target-size compression, renaming, metadata removal and ZIP download in one browser workflow. Source images stay on your device, with no uploads, signup or watermark. It supports JPEG, PNG and WebP files and can process multiple images at once.
Hi Product Hunt!
I built Kompixa because preparing multiple images often required jumping between separate tools for resizing, format conversion, compression, renaming and metadata removal.
Kompixa combines those steps into one browser-only workflow. Source images are processed locally and are not uploaded. Multiple results can also be downloaded together as a ZIP.
In one real test, a 1920×1080 PNG was reduced from 1.26 MB to about 102 KB as WebP while preserving the dimensions. Results vary by image, so I documented the method and limitations rather than presenting it as a universal benchmark.
I would especially appreciate feedback on output quality, target-KB compression and which batch workflow would be most useful to you.
