Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Thomas, one of the three people behind Komms.
We ran the call-center desks where voice-AI bills land, and two things kept hurting: agents that improvise when you need them to follow a script, and per-minute prices that turn into a platform fee plus a markup on every number.
Komms is our answer:
• You build the agent as a flow. Each node is one question with its own goal. Each answer is typed (yes/no, a number that routes by range, a date, a pick from a list) and writes a variable. The answer decides the next step, so the call follows your script.
• Tools run between turns. Call your CRM or an eligibility API mid-call and route on what comes back.
• Off-script is handled. Asks for a human, holds, reschedules, do-not-call and stuck loops are built-in global paths.
• One price. $0.08 per talk minute with telephony, the model and a standard voice included, billed in 6-second increments. The only other charge is $15/month per phone number.
New accounts get 50,000 free tokens (about 625 minutes), no credit card. There's a live number on the page: call it and talk to the same agent that answers for customers.
