Every agency, freelancer, or small studio runs its client work through a patchwork of tools: Notion for docs, Google Drive for files, Stripe invoices, email for communication, and a separate intake form (or none at all). Every client interaction means logging into yet another tool, and none of them carry your brand.
We tried duct-taping existing tools together for years. Notion is great for internal wikis but not client-facing. Asana isn't designed for billing. Basecamp is close but not white-label and has no invoicing or payment collection. And every "client portal" solution out there either costs enterprise pricing or is just a repackaged shared drive.
