every mp3-to-midi converter I tried turned drums into piano notes, because they read the whole mix at once. klavery splits the song into six instruments first and only transcribes the keys. that's the entire trick. ~95% note accuracy on full band songs, near note perfect on solo piano, free, need no account. if you find a song it does badly on, uhh I am still trying to imrpove
