Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Abbas, and together with Rahul I built Kitbar.
Every day looked the same: push, then tab over to Vercel to see if the deploy went through, then GitHub for the checks, then Stripe to see if anything came in, then Claude Code to check how much of the weekly limit is left. Four tabs, all day, for a glance.
Kitbar puts that glance on the edge of your screen. A thin bar with one ring per tool: green is fine, orange is building, red failed, bright means something new. Point at a ring and a small card opens with the last deployments, checks, payments or usage limits. From there you can redeploy, re-run a check, or open the thing in your browser.
It covers Vercel, Cloudflare, GitHub, GitLab, Stripe, Polar, Claude Code and Codex, with more on the way.
How it's built:
• No account, no server of ours. Kitbar asks each tool directly with your own key or sign-in, the way its dashboard does. Keys stay in your keychain.
• Native. Swift on macOS, WPF on Windows. Idle at 0.1% CPU.
• Pay once. One license covers 3 to 50 devices, Macs and PCs together, with free updates.
We'd love to hear which tool you'd want next, and anything that feels off. I'll be here all day.

Who hunted Kitbar?
Kitbar was hunted by Abbas Aga. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
