The Solution: I built KiraMetre to bring absolute transparency to this chaos. It’s a data-driven property analytics platform. Instead of relying on gut feelings, users can see real-time rent comparisons, neighborhood averages, and investment return metrics in seconds.
While our current data pool is heavily focused on the Turkish market (covering major hubs like Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir), the core problem we are solving is global.
