**Why I built this:** As a developer and consultant, I sit in back-to-back meetings. Every cloud meeting app I tried — Otter, Fireflies, Notion AI — wanted to upload my recordings to their servers. For client work under NDA, that's a non-starter. So I built the opposite: a meeting app that architecturally cannot upload.
