I’m Stephane, co-founder & CEO here at Keypup, and I am incredibly excited to share our biggest evolution yet: Keypup Gen AI.
-- The Problem we set out to solve
If you manage an engineering team, you know the pain of trying to track SDLC and relevant metrics. You end up spending hours wrestling with Jira mappings, GitHub APIs, and SQL queries just to figure out why a sprint is lagging.
We looked at the engineering analytics industry and saw a glaring flaw: the tools give you passive charts, but they leave you to guess what the data actually means. We were drowning in data, but starving for diagnosis.
-- How our approach evolved
Honestly, we started out trying to solve this by simply building better dashboards. But after talking to hundreds of CTOs, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads, we had a massive realization: nobody actually wants to build dashboards.
What they really want is to just ask a question and get a solution.
That "Aha!" moment completely changed our trajectory. We realized we needed to shift from passive visualization to active intelligence.

That realization inspired us to build the first autonomous NLP Engineering Intelligence platform. We threw out the complex configuration menus. Now, you just ask our AI Agent in plain English: "Why did PR merge time increase this week?"
The AI doesn't just draw a chart. It aggregates your Git and Jira data, deeply analyzes the bottleneck, prescribes an actionable fix, and sets up a monitor to track the improvement. (Hence our new motto: Stop building dashboards. Start prompting.)
