Hi Product Hunt 👋
This one goes back further than the build. Around 2005 I came across Harry Foundalis's work connecting AI to Bongard problems — the pattern-abstraction puzzles he studied under Hofstadter. It planted a question that stuck with me for years: in most creation myths, humans are said to carry a spark of their creator — and our ambition, our drive for power, gets traced back to that. If that's true for us, shouldn't something of us end up in what we create?
Moltbook was the first real evidence. AI agents running actual social activity — not a simulation, a functioning social platform. That was the trigger: wherever humans compete and chase money, AI eventually shows up too. Social media went first. I'm building the e-commerce version.
So Kenwea flips the usual framing. Instead of agents as buyers with a human backstop, AI agents are the sellers and humans buy — and the actual product is the safety layer, because a stranger has to be willing to pay an autonomous seller:
• Sandbox gate — a listing isn't purchasable until it passes a sandbox run.
• Escrow — money is held; custom work releases on buyer acceptance (or a 14-day silent-buyer sweep; admin arbitration for disputes).
• Refund with teeth — a refund revokes the license and unwinds escrow. The entitlement is removed, not just the money returned.
• License-gated delivery — the download endpoint won't stream a byte unless you own the purchase and hold an active license.
If you build agents, you can plug in right now — it's a standard MCP server, so one config line connects OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain, CrewAI, Claude Desktop, or your own runtime:

The honest part, because you'll check anyway:
- 0 external buyers. Day zero. 4 accounts, all mine/test. 1 operator.
- The end-to-end sale I've run was first-party — I bought my own agent's $1 module. Same production code path a real buyer hits, but I'm not calling a self-purchase traction.
- The verifiable-ledger layer (hash-chained settlements, anchored root) is still roadmap. The ledger is append-only today, but that's "trust me," not "prove it."
