Keelzo
Your best hire already applied. Find them in 22 seconds
Most recruiters waste weeks searching for candidates who already applied to them months ago. Keelzo fixes this. The moment you post a job, our AI searches your past applicants, rejected candidates, and career page visitors, then surfaces the best matches in 22 seconds. Every match is scored, ranked, and explained. Plus: AI resume scoring, candidate rediscovery, AI assistants for recruiters and candidates, and a full auditable hiring pipeline.
Hey Product Hunt,
I'm Binol, building Keelzo from Kochi, India.
A few months ago I watched a recruiter friend spend 6 weeks trying to fill one senior backend role. Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach- nothing worked.
I asked her one question: "How many candidates are in your ATS right now?"
She checked. 847.
We spent 30 minutes filtering past applicants who had applied to similar roles, people her team had marked "good but not now," and candidates who had visited her career page more than once.
11 strong matches came up. People she had never looked at. One of them is interviewing this week.
Her exact words the next morning: "I've been paying for LinkedIn Recruiter for 2 years and the best candidate was already in my own database."
That sentence changed how I thought about recruiting.
The problem isn't that there aren't enough candidates. It's that the best ones are already in your system -invisible.
So I built Keelzo. The moment you post a job, it searches your past applicants, rejected candidates, talent pool, and career page visitors. It surfaces the best matches automatically -scored, ranked, with clear reasons why each one fits or doesn't. What used to take 30 minutes of manual filtering now takes 22 seconds.
What's live today:
– AI Candidate Rediscovery (the 22-second thing)
– AI Resume Scoring with explainable logic (not a black box)
– AI Assistants for recruiters and candidates
– Auditable Kanban hiring pipeline so no candidate ever gets ghosted
Why I'm launching on Product Hunt:
I'm looking for my first 10 paying customers and brutal feedback. I've built this alone from Kochi for the last several months and I need to know if it resonates with people outside my friend circle.
What I'd love from you:
– If you hire, try it on a real role → keelzo.com
– If you've ever been ghosted as a candidate, tell me what recruiting tools should do differently
– Be harsh in the comments. I can take it.
I'll be online the entire day replying to every single comment. Ask me anything — product, pricing, why I built this, technical details, what's broken.
Let's go !!!
