Kavach MCP Security
Security middleware for AI agents and MCP servers
Kavach MCP Security is a security middleware for MCP servers and AI agents. It inspects tool calls before execution to detect prompt injections, secret exposure, sensitive data leaks, and unsafe actions. Developers can enforce security policies, rate limits, tool access controls, and audit logging with minimal code changes. Built for the growing ecosystem of AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, and autonomous workflows.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built Kavach MCP Security after noticing a growing gap in AI agent security.
AI agents can now access databases, file systems, APIs, MCP servers, and external tools. While there are many frameworks for building agents, there are very few solutions focused on securing tool calls before execution.
Kavach acts as a middleware layer between agents and tools. It helps detect prompt injections, exposed secrets, sensitive data leaks, and unauthorized tool access. It also supports policy enforcement, rate limiting, audit logging, and security notifications.
The goal is simple: make AI agents safer without forcing developers to redesign their existing systems.
Would love feedback from developers building AI agents, MCP servers, and autonomous workflows. 🚀
