KaryaBoard

Plan smarter. Ship faster. Let AI do the heavy lifting.

Unlike generic task tools, KaryaBoard connects planning, execution, and code. Write stories from plain-language goals, use AI to structure acceptance criteria and propose board-ready tasks (you approve first), run Kanban with multi-assignees and threaded comments, and wire GitHub so commits map to commitments.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Parikshit, maker of KaryaBoard. I built this after watching the same failure loop play out on team after team: a fuzzy goal in chat turns into a messy backlog, and the board never actually matches what's landing in Git. Leads end up spending more time breaking work down and chasing status updates than shipping. KaryaBoard is AI-assisted project management for software teams. You plan as Stories, either from a prompt or a template, tighten the acceptance criteria with AI if you want, then approve the generated tasks onto a real Kanban board. Multi-assignees, comments with @mentions, attachments, roles, an Inbox, all there. Connect GitHub and it links commits to tasks and surfaces commit-aware suggestions. AI proposes, humans stay in charge. The thing that shifted most while building this: we stopped trying to build "AI that runs your project" and leaned hard into human-in-the-loop instead. Turns out the win isn't automation magic, it's less admin between having an idea and shipping it. Two things I'd love your take on: Does Stories →Tasks → Board feel clearer than a flat backlog? How much do you actually care about GitHub linkage vs. just plain Kanban? Try it at https://app.karyaboard.com. Happy to answer anything or walk someone through a pilot.
