Most career tools tell you who you are. Kanso shows you what you'd trade. Answer 20 questions across culture, professional fit, personal life, and compensation. The hard part is that you're given a fixed budget of credits across these questions, so you can't mark everything as critical. That constraint is the point. At the end you get a trade-off profile, your non-negotiables, plus an AI coach trained on your specific results.
I felt that the standard personality tests (Myers-Briggs, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc) are all useful to understand who you are, but they don't really give you any insight into how you could make a decision about a particular role you're in or considering.
So, I built Kanso around one constraint - you can't have everything. Just like real life, you have to choose. "When everything's important, nothing is".
The result is a trade-off profile - a ranked view of what you'd protect, what you'd compromise on, and what you genuinely don't care about.
