KANJIN is a free digital stamp card and back office for small walk-in shops: cafes, small restaurants, bakeries, salons, barbers and small retail.
The idea is simple. A paper card holds the stamps, but it does not hold the list. When a regular stops coming, nobody notices. KANJIN keeps the card on the customer's phone number, so the shop keeps the list.
How it works. A customer gives their phone number at the counter, or scans the QR poster. They download nothing. Staff stamp from a tablet or a phone.
Free, with no time limit and no credit card:

- 20 Google review requests a month, by email
- 5 AI review reply drafts a month (you paste the review, edit the draft, and post it on Google yourself)
- one email a month to up to 150 regulars
- a daily ledger, staff logins and a PIN-locked Counter Mode

The paid plan is $39 a month or $390 a year per shop, and the first 30 days are free. It adds welcome and birthday treats, bring-a-friend stamps, your logo, reports, up to 5 shops, and the "we miss you", slow-day, rainy-day and "almost there" emails.
What it does not do: no SMS, no Apple or Google Wallet pass, no customer app, and no connection to any POS other than Square. Email works in 12 countries and regions today.
One tip, even if you never use KANJIN. Count a stamp card reward at your cost, not your menu price. A free coffee costs you the beans, the milk and the cup. That is why a 10-stamp card costs much less than it looks.
