I was inspired to make this due to what helped me to learn how to bring my body to one of the quietest moments of the day, it was not particularly the message or the picture but something miraculous happened I was able to stop long enough to feel a feeling of enlightenment. That feeling caused me to want to feel it the next day and so on and so forth. In that I discovered a type of wisdom that one can only gain from the quiet. I know that some will not get this, but some will.
