Kairo App

Private memories that grow with the people you love

Kairo creates private memory timelines with the people who matter most. It quietly recognizes time spent together, so your story grows without constant manual logging. Add photos, short clips, notes, and optional location context, then revisit everything through monthly Memory Books. Memories stay on your phone by default, with optional encrypted backup. Kairo remembers the time. You give it meaning.

Hi Product Hunt, I’m Tarun, the maker of Kairo. Most memory apps begin only when you remember to open them. But many of the moments worth keeping are ordinary: an afternoon with a friend, tea with your parents, or time that did not feel significant until much later. I built Kairo to create private memory timelines with the people who matter to you. After two trusted people connect, Kairo can privately recognize time spent together using Bluetooth. This gives each timeline a natural starting point without requiring you to manually record every encounter. You decide which moments deserve more meaning by adding photos, 10-second clips, short notes, favorites, and optional location context. Over time, those small moments become monthly Memory Books and a personal history of the relationship. Privacy is fundamental to Kairo. There are no public feeds, follower counts, or public maps. Core features work offline, memories remain on your phone by default, and encrypted Google Drive backup is optional. Kairo is currently available for Android. I’d love your feedback on: • Does the value of a memory timeline feel clear from the beginning? • Which relationship would you create your first timeline for? • What would make these memories more meaningful to revisit years later? Thanks for being part of Kairo’s next chapter.
