Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I’m Saksham, maker of Kadam.
Like many of you, I had 5 different health apps on my phone:
• My watch knew my sleep and HRV, but nothing about my workouts.
• My lifting app knew my working sets, but nothing about my recovery.
• My nutrition tracker knew my macros, but didn't know what actual home-cooked food looked like.
• And for half the population, cycle trackers sat in a silo—completely disconnected from strength training and energy levels.
Every app asks you what you did. None of them tell you what to do next.
Worse, all of them wanted to beam sensitive health, biological, and cycle data to third-party cloud servers.
So we built Kadam (Hindi for “step”) with a singular philosophy: One brain reading your body as a whole, keeping every single byte on your device.

2. One Explainable Daily Brief (No Hallucinating Chatbots):
Instead of generic rings or robotic advice, Kadam reads your sleep, strain, and recovery via Apple Health / Google Health Connect. If your resting HR is 4 bpm above baseline or sleep was cut short, your heaviest compound is pulled or volume is trimmed—and Kadam cites the exact physiological rule and data point why.
3. 100% On-Device Privacy & Data Sovereignty:
Your health and cycle data never touches our servers. Period. Everything is encrypted locally using SQLCipher with keys protected in your hardware secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Zero ad tracking, zero harvesting, full 1-tap JSON export.
4. Culturally Grounded Nutrition:
