Juye is a CRM built specifically for independent travel agents and small agencies. It brings clients, leads, trips, tasks and follow-ups into one simple workspace. Instead of managing customers across spreadsheets, notes and chats, agents can keep their workflow in one place. This is an early launch, and I’m looking for honest feedback on the design, UX and features as I continue building Juye.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 Juye actually started because of my wife. She works as a travel agent, and most of her clients contact her through WhatsApp. A lot of her day-to-day work happens there too — conversations with clients, follow-ups, requests, reminders and different steps related to a trip. Watching her work, I noticed how easy it can be to forget something when everything is spread across chats. Sometimes it could be a follow-up with a client, contacting a hotel, sending a request to a tour operator, checking something with a supplier, or simply remembering the next step for a booking. That made me think: she needs a simple tool that helps her keep all of this organized. So I decided to build one. The first version of Juye was an Android app. I finished it and published it on Google Play — and then realized I had made one pretty funny mistake: my wife uses an iPhone. 😅 That pushed me to rebuild Juye as a PWA as well, so it can work on iPhone, Android and desktop through the browser. Both versions are connected to the same system. Today Juye includes things like: • Clients • Leads and inquiries • Trips • Tasks and follow-ups • Notes and client information • A simple workflow for keeping track of what needs to be done I’m a developer, not a travel agent, so I don’t want to pretend that I fully understand every workflow in the travel industry. I learned a lot by watching my wife work, researching other travel tools and studying how existing CRM products approach these problems. But I know there is still a lot I can improve. That’s actually the main reason I’m launching Juye on Product Hunt. I’d really appreciate your honest feedback. What feels unnecessary? What is missing? What would you change in the UI or UX? What would make the workflow easier? And if you work in travel — what would make a CRM like this genuinely useful for you? Feel free to be critical.
