I’m Reza, from Switzerland, and excited to introduce Justiqa, a free tool that turns traditional quotations into interactive client experiences.
The idea came from a common problem: Businesses spend time preparing a great offer, send it as a PDF, and then wait. The client may have questions, want to remove a service, adjust the scope, or stay within a specific budget. What follows is usually a long chain of emails, revised documents, unnecessary delays, or even worse: no response
With Justiqa, businesses can create quotations manually or use the AI assistant to generate a structured first draft. Once the quotation is sent, clients can review it online and customize it based on their needs and budget by selecting services, adjusting quantities, and seeing the total price update instantly.
When everything looks right, the client can accept the quotation directly, and the final version is generated in one clear process.
Justiqa is built for freelancers, agencies, consultants, and service businesses that want to make their quotation process faster, clearer, and easier for everyone involved.
