I built Just VO2 Max around one deliberately small job: make the latest VO2 max estimate already stored in Apple Health visible on your Apple Watch face.
The useful moment isn’t another dashboard—it’s a glance. The app adds a circular complication that shows the latest value to one decimal place. The iPhone and Apple Watch apps handle Health access, refresh, and troubleshooting, then stay out of the way.
Privacy was a hard boundary. Just VO2 Max asks only for read access to VO2 max. It does not measure, calculate, score, or interpret the value. The latest reading is cached locally and may move only between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. No account is required, and HealthKit data is not sent to a developer server or advertising provider.
Every feature is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or locked screens. A small banner ad supports the iPhone app; the Apple Watch app and complication contain no ad SDK.
