Hi Product Hunt, I made Just Hold and it started with a whiteboard in our kitchen. My kids and I would time each other doing planks, dead hangs and wall sits, then write the results on the board. They're simple exercises but on a level playing field we all got surprisingly competitive about the numbers. Everyone wanted to beat their last time. And, more importantly, beat each other. It got more difficult to track the holds over time so I built this web app for it. With Just Hold, you time a hold, log the result in a couple of taps, and track your progress over time. You can also create a group with friends or family and see how everyone is getting on. That social part has ended up being one of my favourite bits. You don't have to be the strongest person to win either as groups can rank by improvement and streaks so someone going from 20 to 40 seconds has just as much to chase as someone already holding for three minutes. We're also running 28-day challenges. The system builds a four-week plan around your current ability rather than giving everyone the same target, so you can start one whenever you want. It's a web app, free to start, and there's no card required. I'd really value feedback, particularly on the first few minutes after signing up. If anything is confusing, unnecessary, or just annoying, I'd love to hear it. I've built it to be super simple and intuitive and to help people who don't exercise watch their own numbers move. I'll be around in the comments today. Thanks, Paul
