I built Jasping after feeling overwhelmed by the number of tools needed just to manage customer support. Chat here, emails there, WhatsApp on the side… and still missing leads or replying too late.
I realized the real problem wasn’t just answering messages—it was turning conversations into actions. Booking calls, storing data, following up… all of that was still manual.
So I started building Jasping: an AI that doesn’t just reply, but actually *does the work*. It handles conversations across channels, qualifies leads, books calls, updates your CRM, and sends follow-ups automatically.
The journey wasn’t straightforward. At first, it was just about automating replies. But talking to users made it clear—they don’t need another chatbot, they need outcomes. That completely changed how I built the product.
