I'm Rohit, an Indian resident holding RSUs/ESPP through Fidelity and Charles Schwab. Every ITR season I had to manually build Schedule FA from a 12-page brokerage statement — matching lot dates, converting each transaction to INR using the correct SBI TTBR rate under Rule 115, and figuring out the Dec 31 closing balance. One mistake and you're looking at a flat ₹10L Black Money Act penalty, even if the income itself was already in your Form 16.
So I built ITRFA.in: upload your Fidelity or Schwab CSV exports (Open Lots + Transaction History), and it auto-fetches the right exchange rates, computes Table A2/A3/F with per-lot INR values, and exports an ITR-ready Excel/JSON in about 2 minutes.
What it doesn't do: it's not tax advice or a CA replacement — it's built to get your numbers right so your filing (or your CA) starts from a correct base.
