Iron-Stack

Post-quantum anonymous P2P transport protocol

A from-scratch UDP protocol combining Kyber-1024, onion routing, anonymous group rooms, and strong traffic obfuscation. Not a VPN. A new foundation for private communication.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’ve been building iron-stack solo for several months. The goal was straightforward but technically brutal: create a transport protocol that is post-quantum from day one, not as an afterthought. The hardest challenges were making onion routing reliable with post-quantum key encapsulation at every hop, and balancing cover traffic without killing performance. The code is not fully public yet (finishing a cleanup pass), but the full architecture and documentation are already on GitHub. Happy to answer any technical questions about design decisions, crypto choices, or what’s coming next.
