Invoicesnapai
Stop typing receipts into spreadsheets Let AI do it for you.
InvoiceSnap AI is built for freelancers and small businesses who dread tax season. The problem? Manually typing receipts into spreadsheets takes hours and is prone to errors. The solution? Just snap a photo. Our AI extracts the merchant, date, total, and line items, then auto-categorizes the expense. Review it, save it, and track it all on a clean dashboard.
I built InvoiceSnap AI out of pure frustration. As a freelancer, every tax season I would end up with a shoebox full of paper receipts. Typing merchant names, dates, and totals into a spreadsheet was miserable and took hours.
I knew there had to be a better way. So I built a tool where you just snap a photo of a receipt, and a vision AI model extracts all the data (merchant, date, tax, total, line items) and categorizes it instantly.
A few things I focused on:
📸 Speed: The scan-to-save flow takes under 15 seconds on a phone.
✏️ Control: AI isn't perfect, so you can review and edit every field before saving.
💬 "Ask My Expenses": You can literally type "How much did I spend on food this month?" and it answers using your own data.
I’d genuinely love your feedback on the AI extraction flow—getting the line items right was the hardest part. Let me know what you think!
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
