InvoiceHelix

Automatic follow-up for the small invoices you forget

InvoiceHelix follows up on the small invoices that slip: the hosting fee, the change request, the extra round of revisions. Keep invoicing where you do now and forward the PDF. InvoiceHelix reads the client, amount and due date, then sends up to 4 polite reminders during your client’s business hours. It reads replies too. A promised payment date pauses the reminders and a dispute comes back to you. Built for businesses that invoice businesses. Free forever for 2 invoices a month.

Hi Product Hunt, I’m Simon. I run a small web design agency. The big project invoices never worry me. I watch those until they’re paid. It’s the small ones that slip. A $100 fix. A $250 quarterly hosting fee. A $350 round of changes. Each one feels too small to chase, but together they’re real money. So I built InvoiceHelix. You keep invoicing the way you do now and forward the PDF. It reads the client, amount and due date, and you confirm before anything goes out. Early reminders send on their own. Firmer ones wait for your OK. When a client replies with a payment date, the reminders pause. If they question the invoice, it comes back to you. I ran 2 of my own invoices through it this month. Both got paid after the second reminder. Normally they would have sat for about a month before I noticed. I was strict about a few rules. Reminders only go out during your client’s business hours. They’re never closer than 7 days apart, and there are never more than 4 per invoice. Every email has an opt-out. It’s built for businesses invoicing businesses, not consumer debt. The free plan is 2 invoices a month for good, and no card is needed. If you invoice other businesses, I’d love to hear from you. How do you keep track of the small ones today?
