Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Abaid, the founder and developer of InvoiceCraftly. I built it after repeatedly seeing a simple five-minute task—creating and sending a professional invoice—buried inside software designed for a much larger accounting workflow. For freelancers and small businesses, that often means creating an account, configuring a workspace, navigating features they do not need, and sometimes uploading client and financial information just to produce one document. InvoiceCraftly takes a more focused approach. You can open the editor and create an invoice, quote, estimate, receipt, or credit note without signing up. Add your logo and brand colour, include optional payment instructions or a QR code, review the document in a live preview, and export it as PDF, PNG, SVG, or CSV. You can also keep a versioned JSON backup of your local workspace. The most important architectural decision was to keep working document content in the browser rather than storing it in an InvoiceCraftly document database. That gives users more privacy and control, although it also means they need to keep their own exports and backups if browser data is cleared. The product evolved from a simple invoice form into a lightweight, reusable workspace with local document history, duplication, undo and redo, templates, multiple document types, and tools that help users prepare professional documents faster. I am deliberately not trying to turn InvoiceCraftly into another full bookkeeping platform. The goal is simpler: Create the document, review it, export it, and move on.
